I tried deleting AOL and reinstalling it but still exactly the same thing happens, so i am going to completely delete AOL and use Windows Internet Explorer and log onto my press and hold shift, while doing this click the power button on the bottom right of screen. Help me reddit, you're my only hope... In my experience as a tech for HP, running recovery cd's is not worth the effort, it is better to troubleshoot the problem completely or do a clean install. i know i can read any emails. None have definitively solved the issue.
