If possible just to rule it out. I tried another way and this was i went to the graphics manufacturer site and not nvidia site. Voltage is OK. I have tried every possible combination of uninstalling/installing AMD graphics drivers, nothing seems to help.

i would run memtest overnight to chek the ram if it passes. Did a GPU fan override to keep temp under 65, 70, & 80.... check the voltage of the power supply legs see that there withing specs.
