I tried some of the solutions here too but most required access to a second computer, knowledge of computer stuff, or at least the windows 10 load disk. (Which I don't I have also tried booting into Safe Mode, which also does nothing. This would be very likely to happen if you had a previous installation on your system because even though you erased the data, it really isn't gone.
