I didn't pay almost $1000 to be without it for 2 weeks! Laptops use memory to access programs and pull up files. whenever i want to open for example my email app, it starts loading, but then the app fanishes and i get back to the start menu...it really sucks, it started with Royal pain in the butt. his comment is here

I bought a Lenovo laptop because I wanted to upgrade to something with a newer processor and newer hardware.
