BSOD On Using A USB Dial-up Modem Connection

Are you able to access the internet while in Windows using your broadband connection? However, when I woke up this morning (6/23) the BSOD was back when I tried to get on the internet. The modem works in another machine, so I don't think the hardware is the problem.
