  • How do I check this? “I'm pretty sure that all AGP cards are backwards compatible (meaning if you bought an AGP 8x card, it would work in an AGP 2x slot.)
  • If your computer has its video card as an expansion card, start by removing the old card.
  • In other words, play games.
  • I agree with the above advice, you can do better on the purchase.
  • If you want to start from scratch, go PCie faster data trancefers and stuff then AGP.
