I have successfully installed on many different laptops. Loading... Well, it took the key from the CD during install--I have not activated yet. They may or may not work well for watching DVD movies, but they're perfect as data drives to handle your installation media.

You can make one with another type of install. I don't know how accurate that is but I never had a problem but it was always more than 90 days between the installs.
