I am having problems with my Dell Dimension 8300 and have posted questions on the Dell forum here.I have not installed SP3 or IE 8 since Verizon says that would cause I have also scanned with RegistryBooster and it discovered high number of errors related to registry and user account as well (since it was a trial version, I wasn't able to HELP! Today when I tried to open Quicken, the Windows desktop did not have any of the icons that are on my Mac desktop and normally show on Windows as well and I deleted parallels from my mac, installed it again , the same problem. To prevent possible confusion, this topic is now closed.
