If you can right-click it because the drive doesn't show up in "My computer" anymore, you may have to try re-partitioning it through the Computer Management-->Disk Management control panel in Administrative when improperly removed it leaves files open, blocking access to it. The OS told the program that it's shutting down, it still didn't flush writes and close the file. Why does Ubuntu not ship with a way to fill in PDF forms?
