I tried to reinstall from ISP CDrom, but this process falls over when it tries to assign an IP address.. So it seems the virus corrupt another things. That is the beep.sys that rewrite each time the brastk.exe. It can disable the Notification Balloon for the Windows Security Center.

I tried changing the name, as I had seen suggested because brastk does not let Malwarebytes run. A lot of people suggested using Malwarebytes, so I downloaded it onto a flash drive and tried installing it at home. Last but not least If Windows not working quite right for you, or if startup is taking a long time, or brastk.exe is causing problems for you, a good Registry Cleaner Only other thing is..how the hell do I get the fake Antivirus off?

I ran a quickscan and it found 'Backdoor.Tidserv'. Look for unknown in the list of available programs.

This infection "brastk.exe" has been a real ride so far! I chatted online with Norton.
