Speakers must be plugged into the Line Out connector, which usually indicated by an image of sound waves with an arrow pointing out. All other games and youtube etc are fine. Check on those things and look into them. Except my problem started when I downloaded Windows Blind. Most devices will shut off their internal speakers when an external speaker is plugged in. any more advice?
