Disconnected the USB things, and unplugged from power after I shut it down. Now of course, you can boot back into Safe mode, and install the drivers downloaded from the manufacturer website for your machine. It's not the display/screen because it shows the post and starting windows perfectly. This happened because it was constantly plugged in and not using the battery yet had no cooling fan underneath. If this is a PC, do the same thing with the exception of taking the battery out.
