Windows, since Vista (if I remember correctly), does both active and passive polling of some MS provided servers to determine whether or not the system has a internet connection (and whether maybe $165 for labor... So I don't know how to get it on the wifi again. Its MADDENING! If I can't resolve this today, I will have no option but to buy Windows 7 again and drop Windows 10.
